To be eligible, your item must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Unused and in new condition<\/li><li>In its original packaging<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Email us at <a href=\"mailto:hello@piccolofilm.com.au\">hello@piccolofilm.com.au<\/a> with your order number and reason for return. We&#8217;ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we&#8217;ll notify you by email.
