Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in new condition
• In its original packaging

How to Return

Email us at hello@piccolofilm.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
